Ashes Caskets For ashes interments we carry a range of high quality solid oak caskets in four designs plus a double version whereby two sets of ashes may be combined. We can arrange collection and carry out the transfer of ashes ready for interment. Memorial Plaques, Etc. We provide memorial plaques mounted on hardwood surrounds with brass fixings suitable for mounting on a tree or free-standing ground stake. We also supply bird boxes, with or without plaques, for tree or stake mounting. All exterior wooden products have proprietary weatherproof treatments applied prior to placement. Vases We recommend the flute shaped type of spike-based vase which can be easily fixed into the ground. These hold a bunch of flowers securely and when placed firmly are quite wind resistant. We carry a stock of these, in green, at the lodge. Traditional vases, designed for indoor use are often unstable in the wind and, being of glass or ceramic, can easily be damaged and become a hazard. |
